cel #61 changed o2 and still CEL#61
i just changed the o2 sensor in my car, cause it was coming up with a cel 61 primary o2 sensor.so after i changed it it still came back up do i have to let the car run for alil while after install...or it doesnt matter..

P0133 = flashing-CEL code 61 = primary O2 sensor slow response. I thought that code didn't exist until OBD-2 ('96). That's why I asked what ECU.
Slow response is the kind of code that isn't likely caused by bad wiring. There's different codes for low or high voltage, those can be caused by an open or short. So it's still kinda confusing to me, since I figured the response of the sensor didn't change from OBD-1 to OBD-2, only the newer P72 ECUs had more stuff programmed on it.
