have 3 codes.

#16, Fuel injectors
#41, o2 heater core
#43, fuel supply system

#41 is no problem, i have like 10 o2 censors

#16.... ok, replace the fuel injectors. i can do that.

#43... what else can be causing this code besides the injectors? maybe the fuel filter? or the fuel pump?

 

Fix the others & see whether 43 comes back. If so then it could be FPR or other things...

It's a kind of catch-all code, where all the other sensors & operating conditions don't add up right. Error 16 means an injector isn't right. (But maybe it's the wiring instead of the injector itself?)

Now with a flaky injector, the ECU has to adjust fuel in order to keep the O2 sensor happy. Whatever's going on, it's having a hard time doing that, so it throws code 43. There's a chance it'll go away when you fix the injector/circuit.
