Default Catch can..etc..

The set up: fully built ls-vtec turbo
The problem: oil overflowing from catch can, as well as blowing oil pan gasket. this is the third time ive replaced the oil pan gasket in 6 months, ive tried gasket maker and oem gaskets, all fail. i would assume both of the problems have the same cause, excessive pressure, as of right now im running two lines from the back of the block into the catch can (Moroso) and a third line to the valve cover. first of all is this correct? or should i vent the valve cover have two lines from valve cover, one from block? also could the location of the catch can matter.. as in the effects of gravity.. let me know your thoughts and ideas

The moroso catch can is known for puking oil in cars as well as the endyn.I would recomend using 4 lines two drains to the back of the block and two from the valve cover to the catch can.The can you have needs to be mounted really high in the bay so the drain on the bottom of the can has a downward slope back into the motor

you dont need to split that line it isnt going to flow anymore oil just run the one line to the back of the block.I am going to say your problem isnt the can though you have excessive blowby and that isnt good.

finally got under her today, and i didnt blow my gasket again, just seemed to loosen up from vibration/ heat and cold idk, tightened em back up then moved my can as high as i could in the bay, alot less oil seeped out and no more leak, theres only 2500 miles on this build so i hope its not blow by, but i do think my head gasket is bad, idk. its always something...im gonna run it like this for a week or so then pull the head off, its not overheating, just leaking on top of block next to tranny, no solenoid or distributor so im guessing hg....maybe head studs loosened. torque specs for arps?
