Catalytic Converter Problem!
Just bought what was suppose to be a racing high flow converter, installed it and now my check engine light is on! I have a 98 Accord EX with the 4 cylinder, any suggestions on what the prob is? I'm wondering if the aft oxygen sensor is messed up now, would the converter do this? The check engine light didn't come on until the following day after the install. Thanks for any help!

To be honest I have no idea what ECU code it is or how to get it! Could you please help me out here, does this mean I have to take the care in to the shop to get the computer read? Thanks.

You will need to find the diagnostics connector somewhere under the dash, then insert a U-shaped piece of paperclip in both terminals. The check engine light will flash a series of "longs" and "shorts," and keep repeating the pattern. Longs are tens place digits, shorts are ones place digits (e.g., 2 longs is 20, 2 shorts is 2 = code 22).
Call the dealer or wait for someone who knows Accords to post.
