Default Cars leaning

my 99 teg is leaning, just slightly, but the catch is the left adj. coilover is as low as it will go and the right is as high as it will go, and its leaning to the right, aka, the right side is lower. whats wrong?

whoever installed them probly put a front on the rear on one side
