Default Carburetor tuners

Looking for additional tuning/build information for the 3 barrel Klein carburetor on my 82 Prelude. Just got the Honda factory service manual and it has all the information I need for operational adjustment but I need strip and build details.

Any help would be appreciated.

I just did my carb on my 75. It is pretty basic.

Remove all screws on top including the two inside the barrels and acellerator pump arm.

Pull diaphram's (2) cotter pins. This should get the top off

Flip over and remove screws for bottom plate.

Wiggle jets from the barrels and soak then take apart. Dont get these parts mixed up two of them are the same. Keep them seperate as they have different jets.

Remove electrical parts and seals and note where they came from. (I penciled a pic or two and numbered them) My 75 did not have as much as yours does.

Like I said before it was a basic rebuild. There should be a template to adjust the floats. This is important, and watch out for the needle valves little wire holders I had one break!

Take some good pics too.
