is the bolt from the shock mount holding it back from sitting flush to the shock tower? you might have to drop one side down then it should fit.

I had the same problem as you described, but these bars will need some creativity to install on a 94-97 master cylinders. On 98-01 the MC sits slightly lower. But I read that a few members tried using washers under the flange for better fitment. In the end I just traded the bar because I couldnt install it on my car

the easiest and best method to installing the bar on 94-97 tegs IMO is to purchase a 98+ master cylinder and brake booster with the prop valves. Trust me, when I had my bar i did everything possible, I dropped my suspension, had the car on jacks, ground, used washers. I did the master cylinder thing as well, but did not know I needed a prop valve. I was basically 90% done and realized I had to take everything off.

sorry man...you are either going to have to but an ITR MC or just sell the bar to me (I have money in hand.....depending on what you want for it )

you could always just cut it, but if you did that I would have to choke you

No it doesnt have to be from a itr just as long as its 98+. Youll need the MC, brake booster and the prop valves as well. Its worth all the trouble if you really want this bar. If you decided to do this, I have a 98+ MC and brake booster that I dont need, but youll need to locate the prop valve

why would he need the proportional valve

and yes the ITR MC is the one that it clears (dual chamber resivior) and that should be all you need to change
