99 accord v6. i drive it for like 15 min, shut the engine down for like 10 min to do something, come back and start it up but wont start. have to wait like 20-30 mins before it will start again. i havent really checked it out yet because its not my car, but i think it might be an ignitor problem. what do you guys think?

 

is your fuel pump primming when your turn the key on?
check your main relay
