Default car won't start need help

I just put a b16 in my civic and now it won't start. I need some ideas on what it could be. I had a b16 in there allready and just put a new one in. I instatled a new timing belt but I checked the timing 3 times before I dropped it in so it should be right. I also syphoned out the old gas( it sat for 6 months). I checked and the spark plugs are firing and are new. No check engine lights. It doesn't even try to start just cranks and cranks. Distributer was taken off so that need to be timed but I have to start it first. Checked the compression and its 200psi on all four.

I need Ideas. If the timing belt jumped would there be compression???

Is the distributor on right and not 180 degrees off? Plugs are getting spark when it's cranking? Fuel pressure?

Sounds like it's not firing if they're wet.

So you saying that if spark plugs are wet, then the car is not firing. Mines cranking and not starting as well. (1990 CRX DX)

do a compression test, if you got compression and spark and fuel. then eitehr yoru timing is off, or your wires or injectors arent in the right order
