Ok well i have a 1993 Honda civic ex (ej-1) it has a rebuilt mini swap in it. d15 b7 block new pistons,rods,bearings. y8 head, y8 manifold. ARP head studs cosmetic head gasket. the car wont start at all. its been to shops and diff people. i have built cars for a while. it has great spark. 190 compression all across the board. chrome chipped ecu. timing is right. master relay good. there was a running b16 in the frame before this single cam. the single cam also ran for like 10mins then the igniter blew. ever sense it blew it never cranked again. it try's to crank but never turns over. i thought was wiring problem so i replaced under dash fuse box,the hole car harness inside and out and motor harness. its also getting fuel. we took fuel rail out with injectors and tried to crank to make sure everything was firing in right order and it was. we have checked all the wired ohms and all. everything seems to check out right. tried different master relays,ECU's, injectors wiring harness EVERYTHING. its at a very reputable shop here in north carolina. topline performance. i have also had friends look at it. still nothing. 2 of the exhaust valves where stuck and that was why it ran like crap at first. but they got fixed and head got put back on all was ok.might seem like im running in circles cause i am and have been for 6 months. i don't wanna give up on it. this is my 5th eg and probably 10th build. i cant let car get best of me. ANY IDEA'S WOULD GREATLY HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ANYONE PLEASE!!!

OK, you say you have fuel, [what is fuel pressure at the rail?] and compression, the spark is good, [great], firing order is correct, [is fuel injector order/duration correct?] and how about cam timing, it hasn't skipped a tooth has it?

If the have fuel, compression and spark and engine will crank, [turn over] but will not fire, it only leaves timing. 94
