Car won't start did compression test!!! Help
ok so the other day my car started to run like poo well got around to it today and still wouldnt start did a compression test and looking down at engine I started from left to right
#4 I got 120
#3 I got 90
#2 I got 60
#1 I got 120
So I would say engine is done for right, time to rebuild

MM&Y of car would help.
Any mods?
With that said, yes the engine may be toast and needs a rebuild, a leak down test will tell you what has gone wrong, it may be all you need is a valve adjustment, [valve lash].
I go agree with hybridmiklo, it should still start, you may have another issue. 94
