no i haven't checked the ignitor,the relay isn't giving power to the pump-when i put power to terminal 7(power wire to the pump)it turns on.

It was the wires going into the main relay. I guess the previous owner went yanking under the dash. 
Fuel gauge is still not working half the time either

if the relay is good it should click when you try to start the car, try to listen for it.
you sayd you changed the dizzy so thats out of the question.
as far as the oil press switch, crank the car until the oil light goes out, if it does then its ok,i will take a little while so dont worry
