Default Car will not start! Please help! I tried everything!

I'm sure you all have heard of the classic no spark/no start thing with hondas, I have a 96 civic ex. I tried everything! I replaced the distributor, thinking it was the ignitor, I re-soldered the main relay, thinking it was defective. Fuel pump is getting power, same with ecu. All fuses are good. Could it be a ground somewhere? If so, which ones should I check? Please help!! Thanks

check them all, theres only 5-6 grounds

-1 from valve cover
-1 from tranny to chassis
-1 from engine harnes bolted to the thermostat housing(the conector is a metal conector with a 10mm bolt atached to it and 2 small black wires connecting
-1 on battery terminal
-1 on main fuse box under hood
-1 on starter

my tranny to chassis ground was loose and my car would not start, then i check my grounds and found out y it didnt start..hope this info helps

I cannot find the ground on the thermostat??? Is there any way I can make a new ground to the thermostat? If so, where should I ground it?

did you buy everything for the distributor new. If not i would try that first, and make sure you put the spark plug wires back in the right firing order. Make sure it is in time because it could have jumped time also.

If you do not have that piece of the wire harness that is supposed to be grounded at the thermostat not grounded, the car will not start. Look for a little metal tab with a hole in it from your wiring harness around there. Bolt it down to the thermostat. It's a 6 or 8 mm bolt.
