I'm curious if my car able to pass? It is a 92 civic hatch DX swap LS non v-tec, no air condition. Speed meter doesn't work. Do not know how to fix cars. lol. Everything else works ok. I just had my new insurance policy open (I had cancelled my previous policy like 6 months ago) and was ready to go get my new tag today, but they told me I need to get my car check first. Kind of nervous. Will I able to pass? I bought the car one year ago and since then i barely drive it. It's been parking in my garage.

Call a local inspection station. Could have done that in about 5 minutes.

I forgot to mention there is no power steering wheel and no horn. I'll call in and check.

I bought the car swap, the horn didn't work. Hmm.. does the horn has anything to do with the swap or is that something on it's own that can be fixed?

 

Ok - It may be the fuse is not working and it may be the wire that runs from the horn assembly is not working. In any case it can be fix so that shouldn't be a big problem at high cost. As for the no air conditioning that shouldn't matter. I think the car is fine after the horn is fixed. yay!
