Default Car stutters!

OK, I changed my cam in the D16A6. Replaced it with a Crane Stage 2 about 4-5 months ago. Whenever I'm going and then when I slow down coming up to turn from one road to another and I sort of stop but keep on rolling when I see that it's clear and hit the gas. Not flooring it just on the gas normally to get going again, it studders like a crazy **** as if it was hitting a rev limiter set at 3,000 RPM or something. Then after a few it's OK. It's not like sometimes it does this and sometimes it doesn't, it's ALL THE DAMN TIME! It really makes daily driving a bitch and would like to get it so it will NOT do this. I have a skunk2 adjustable cam gear so maybe if I turn it one way or another it would help? IDK anymore, any of you got an idea on what's up?

TIA
