Default car studdering at higher rpms...

Well i just installed my max rev kit, etc yesterday and it is on a 97 GSR motor in a 00 Coupe...I had been running a p72 with hondata s100 for my toda set up so i took that out of course afraid of the crazy timing advance...I slapped on a 00 Si ECU...and the car idles pretty close to stock and drives fine...but then when i take it too like 5500 onward...the car studders...seems like its starving for air..almost makes the car shake....any idea what this could be?

Are you running the GSR manifold? If so, then I would wonder if it is opening the secondary runners in the intake. The motor will starve for air if they don't open. Can you hear them?
