Default Car stalls at stop

I have a 98 CR-V with a JRSC and fuel management that I know needs to be changed (crome on the way) right now has FMU and VAFC2.

I recently changed out a bad PCV valve and I am not sure if this is a result of that or not, but the car stalls when you come to a stop. The RPM's drop real low and it just dies. Could this be something to do with the PCV swap, my Fuel setup, or something else like a sensor?

Check the fuel filter and since you stated you have a VAFC, if you haven't done so/tuned it yourself anyway check the fuel curves to see if it's trying to dump too much fuel into the motor at lower RPM's.
