i have a 2000 si b16a and i just put a str throttle body and a skunk2 intake manifold on it and sometimes the check engine light comes on and it starts to sputter at low idles and take off. i checked the fuel pump and the filter and both are ok so what else can it be. any ideas? i have a str throttle body and a skunk2 exhaust injen intake and a aem fuel rail

sounds like tps or iacv to me, why not pull the code. next time the CEL comes on turn your car of and jump the service connector. The ecu should store that last code.
