Car shakes on takeoff... PLEASE HELP
Hello I just put a competition stage 2 clutch and 12lb flywheel in my car and replaced the pilot bearing. Everything was put on right. The car makes no noises at all but shakes bad on takeoff and drives great after taking off. If I almost let the car die and be easy which is really hard to do because you have to have your feet just right it takes off just fine. When I replaced the clutch and flywheel I noticed my transmission mount on the front which is on the 90-93 Integras was pretty bad. Would it be the mount or could it be an axle which I did take both off, etc. Could it be anything else or any ideas? I did expect something like this but not as bad as it is and fyi the motor is a b18c1 with a b16 cable lsd transmission. PLEASE HELP...
I did some front end work on a Honda once, which involved removing the right side axle. Upon reassembly, everything looked fine but I had a bad vibration on acceleration. Some checking found that I had over-extended the inner CV joint on the axle while removing it, and the bearing on one of the tripod joints had slipped completely off...pulled the boot off the joint and fished the bearing (actually a drive ball off the spider with needle bearings internal - I don't know the technical term) out of the grease, reassembled it correctly, and all was fine.
That's probably not what it is, but its worth a look. Mounts will usually give you a solid clunk of excess movement, not a vibration. But if a mount lets the engine **** over too far, you wind up with a steeper-than-designed inner cv joint angle, and that can cause vibration too - though usually not severe.

Thanks for the help guys! If I take off slowly it feels like when the car moves forward it hesitates like it wants to go than it wants to stop. The best I can describe is it feels like the axles aren't on tight like if it were loose. It feels like it's come from the driver side one and that was the first time it has been tooken off. I have removed the passenger side before and had no problems when I put it back in. Really appreciate the help people...
Sounds like you need to learn how to work the clutch and gas better. No offense.
Slip the clutch a little more and give it a bit more gas.
That lurching is from the drive train shifting from being at such a low speed and is exaggerated by being in a low gear.
A light flywheel makes it worse since the engine has less inertia.
