Dam it does kind of sound like something to do with your tranny....when can you do a flush to find out?

 

Well I just did my timing belt last month and thats what it was on mine so I figured thats what it was.That was exactly what i said when I heard mine that it kinda sounded like it was supercharged.

what intake manifold do you have? aftermarket? if so, that is your culprit. when i put on my AEBS manifold with a stock throttle body, it would have a whine when you are talking about. apparenlty it's just the incoming air rushing over the throttle blade.

i actually just got done changing my trans fluid, i might go for a drive tonight...more likely tomorrow though since i'm tired.

did you loosen it?

i love how everyone jumps to belts or the whole tranny is bad....how am i the only one thinking its a possible throw-out bearing

 

I HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM.CHANGED MY ALT..AND IT WENT AWAY.
