OK, This is kind of a strange problem !! My new car (new to me its a 93 hb) It leaks rain water ..... I cant figure out where its comming from ... I have resealed the windshield....... The water pools on the floor board on the drivers side only I checked up on the fire wall to see if it was running down from there ... Its not .. The sides (door sil and the center where the Shifter is ) are dry and so is the back .. its just apearing under my floormat on the drivers side.... like somebody is opening my window and pouring a glass of water in there..... Its driving me nuts ...

Anybody know how Test to find the leak ?!?!

Anybody had this problem ?

maybe it's coming in through the shifter hole in the floor.. but that would kind of wierd..

I've been in a civic (testdriving) and I found that the passenger side floormat was soaking wet.. but the drivers side was dry.

Wierd **** man..

 

it could be the antenna hole or the sunroof(if you have one)..it can channel the water down the side of the car and make it seem like its coming from below. Just a thought. Theres also drain holes under the car which could be open, does it just happen when its parked or after you drive it?

 

yeah my antena dosent fit right ... the seal seems to be moved out of place so thats the next thing I plan on trying to fix !!! thanks for the Help .. as for the shifter I know it fits right cuz when I did the swap I needed to change the shift linkage and I made sure the rubber seal was back on ... thanks for the tips .. any other help would be great if anybody has any more thoughts !!!!
