My car idles rough when i put my brake on, and sometimes when its just warmed up with the brake off. The tach kinda bounces. but i was just wondering why my engine would idle really rough with the brake on?

Mine used to do that. Do some routine maintenence and it should help. I replaced plugs, wires, cap, rotor and fuel filter and the car idles much smoother now.

 

i just replaced wires, cap and rotor recently, do you think fuel filter could be the cause of it all.
