its a civic d15b7 and it runs fine but sometimes it seems like the cars heavy. does anyone know whats wrong with it? i just did the oil change and sparkplugs but that didnt solve it. anyone pls help.

 

uhhh you have to describe your problem better than that

 

what year is your civic?.. any problems with your engine wiring harness?

 

the car is purely stock its a 95 dx. the car runs heavy like im towing another car (well not that bad) i have to give it a little more gas to get it up to speed but my car doesnt always run like this sometimes it runs good. thats why i thought there was something wrong with it.

no junk in the trunk, no codes, ill need to check on the fuel filter and pump...i also tried adding some air on my tires but that didnt work..

could it be a bad
main relay?
cap and rotors?
dizzy?
alternator?
plug wires?
plugged exhaust and how would i know? blow through it?

 

ok.to better describe the problem-the car runs rough sometimes

 

clogged cat
dirty air filter

try running some seafoam through it, you can get it at the autoparts store about 8 bucks a can it will clean the motor out

 

i just recently installed a short ram intake and a new high flow cat cause i thought that was it but it wasnt. can it be the main relay? anymore inputs? thanks

its a 95 dx.its purely stock so i doubt that the wiring is the probem. o well maybe the car is too old and tired
