CAR DONT START!!!!
The car didnt start today for some reason. Its a 90 civic wagon 2wd. IT cranks put it just dont seem to start. I dont know where to start. But i checked the spark on all four and its fine. Could it be the timming belt snaped? Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Try starting it. Stop, take out a plug and see if you smell fuel. Thats the easiest way I know to check and see if fuel is making its way into the cylinders. I dont know mucb about your yr car, but take off the oil cap and see if you can see the rocker assembly? If you can then have someone turn the car over while you look inside, do you see them moving? If not then your timing belt could be broken.
When was the last time this car started?

easiest way is to disconnect the line after the fuel filter and let all the gas drain out and then crank the car. if gas comes out then you have fuel. if not then remove the fuel filter and try to crank again. if fuel comes out you need a new fuel filter if nothing comes out then you have a problem with your fuel pump - either it is not getting power or the pump itself is dead. check the fuses and if they are fine then check for power on the pump. if both are ok then you need a new pump. that takes care of the fuel issue.

i checked for spark again and i noticed that it was kinda weak. what could cause a weak spark? thanks

well, how do you know that the spark is weak? the spark from a spark plug doesnt look like the big bang or anything, its just a tiny little spark... nothing impressive at all. it can easily be mistaken as "weak". check the distributor like Aceman said but before you do that i would remove the valve cover and try and crank the motor to see if the timing belt is broke. if you cant tell then just remove the covers and look at the belt itself to see if it snapped... what makes you think the timing belt is snapped though? did someone tell you this or did you experience something that made you think this was the problem?

the main relay fires the fuel pump and a host of other relays:
