Car dies ? was tps, now what ?
Wasupp ppl, first off, i have a 92hatch with gsr motor .....well my car died about a week ago and it was the tps i thought, so i had a skunk2 intake mani and edlebrock tb, so i put it on... car seems like it is not getting something. It starts now but only for a couple mins then it dies, i changed plugs and wires and that wasnt it. could it be my distributor ?? it like runs good then starts putting almost like a backfire then dies ? any helo would be great! thanks

....the plug for the tps is plugged on the map and vice versa(to be more specific)i bet the map and tps sensor plugs are backwards..switch them then update us

i have started diagnostic, checked the ignition coil, wires, and the sensors are in the correct spot, i started it and when it hit the gas it didnt do anything but want to die, then when i slowly hit the gas it did ok till i let off.... I have checked grounds and everything ? any pther suggestions ? i dont want to bring it to a shop!!!! peace
