Default Car consuming too much gas.

I have a 95 civic with a b series swap ever since the swap car has been eating a lot of gas, would anyone have any idea why and any recommendations for a fix.

tune up...as in fuel filter, O2 sensors, timing, air filter...or fuel-pressure reg, injectors... and of course...the weight of your shoe
