Default Car bogs when fully warmed up

I start my car and let it warm up before driving it and the first 20 minutes or so it’s fine and responsive. However after driving for about 20 minutes the car bogs out around 3k rpm as I’m accelerating. The CEL pops on for a second as it’s bogging but turns off immediately. I’m running s300 but I can’t run for codes since the light won’t stay on. It also seems to have less power overall around the time it starts bogging. It’s a b18c1 with a b16 head

sounds like the tuner set up some protection in the tune. There's a feature where you can set a specific engine temperature that is considered overheating, and set a low rev limit while it's overheating. It also turns the cel on while it's above the overheat temp, and shuts the cel off once temp gets below the overheat temp.

Which means either your car is overheating, or the temp is fine and the tuner set the overheat temp too low.

I dot notice it over heating at all it basically stays right under half and never really moves. The only thing that’s off is my AF reading. It’s full rich when warming up and slowly works it’s way to about 14 but as I drive it goes anywhere from 12 - 16. However my header isn’t sealing properly and my plugs have carbon on them so it’s not an accurate reading, but part of me thinks that can be related
