Default car boggs after washing engine

alright heres the deal, i power washed my entire turbo engine/engine bay 2 days ago. i covered up the distributor and intake filter w/ a big towel. But i forgot to cover up the little breather until about half way into spraying the engine bay down w/ degreaser and water. I then noticed i forgot to cover the breather and slapped on a towel there. I power washed then manifold, fuel rail, turbo, radiator EVERYTHING. Let the car dry in the sun for about 30 mins and pulled off the spark plugs, and stuck a towel down the spark plug cylinders to make sure all the water if any was dried. I started the car up and let it idle for about 5-10 mins. It seemed fine. Parked the car inside my garage that night. Then a day passes by without driving it. This morning, I fired up the car and I noticed the engine was kinda shaky at first but it could have been because it was cold so i didnt bother. After 20 mins of idling, I took the car for a drive and the car drove so weak and was REALLY bogging, something was definitely wrong. The turbo was spooling but once you gas it, you hear a weird bubbling noise like BLUM BLUM BLUM BLUM BLUM. So I got scared, and drove the car right back into my garage and parked it. What if water got into my engine somehow, would an oil change and spark plug change solve the problem?? Plz, help...........

The first thing I would do is look inside the distributor cap.

could be in the plug wire area also in case the distrib is dry. Blow it dry with a leaf blower or compressed air.

I used to work at a local carwash and yes this is a very common problem. Usually people get cels and their cars bog and misfire for a couple days. After that it goes away by itself. Just make sure you reset your ecu and blow dry your spark plug holes/dizzy plugs
