Default car bogging after head gasket install

i just had a head gasket, fuel filter, and timing belt put on. now that the car is running, right before it hit 3k rpm the car hiccups. it seems like there is no power in first gear @ low rpms. what could it be? thanks

could be oxygen sensor, clogged map sensor.
