Default Car is back firing.

Well I took my itb's off and now the car seems to back fire a little at idle, there are small some puffs from the tail pipe ( back firing ) and when you stomp on the gas it back fires a lot more. When I was checking for fuel leaks I left the tps on accident, well I actually tried cranking the car twice with the tps off, so could the back fire be the excessive fuel just burning off ? Also if it makes a difference, I have no pcv at the moment. I have the manifold line blocked off and the other line just hanging. I don't think this would cause it but I want to hear what others think.
I have a fuel psi gauge and the fuel pressure seems fine. Its around 35 at idle.

Seems like you read my other thread , I changed the plugs and it seems better, I did not really get to mess with the car more so I'll see. I took them off because I could not see me daily driving the car with them on, 40 dollars in the tank for every 4 days was just to much.
