Default Can I connect a VAFC to these?

Here's my situation, I have a p73 obd1 ecu with the obd2-obd1 harness attached to my car. The obd2-obd1 harness is connected between the ecu and the stock harness. Where would i hook up the VAFC, to the obd2-obd1 harness or the stock harness. Hope this makes sense.

I would conect the vafc to the jumper! No need to hack up your stock wiring.

Now how to do it is another ? left to some one that knows
