Default Which camshafts should I get?

I don't want to upgrade my valvetrain, pistons, or rods. I'm just looking for a stage 1 cam that will work best with my LS Vtec. I use my ls vtec as a daily commuter but I want to spank the sh*t out of my friends E36 M3. Skunk2 stage I is out of my budget so I'm looking into either crower, blox or itr/ctr camshaft. Is there any clearance issues I should be worried about? Do i need to put them on rollers afterwards? Sorry for all these noobie questions... Thanks for your help!

Here is my setup:

95 Integra - b16a head/ls block
p30 ecu chipped with skunk2
6 puck clutch with aluminum flywheel
dc sports headers 4-1
Intake
Apexi world sport exhaust w/high flow catylic converter
b16 cams
stock everything else.

Since your still at stock compression, ITR/CTR sounds good. Getting a thinner headgasket to bump up the compression a bit would help too, so you can get more gains out of the cams. I'd stay modest with the cams unless you plan on getting some high comp pistons in the future. The bigger the cam, the bigger the compression they need to perform at their best.

Thanks. I didn't know I had to upgrade other things if I went with a stage 1 camshaft. What kind of headgasket should I be looking for? And if i did want to go blox or crower, what else would I have to upgrade for high compression?

You'll need to upgrade your intake springs to ITR's for ITR/CTR cams and some other "stage 1" level cams, if you want to rev past 8K and want to avoid minor valve float as you near 8K. And just move your present intake springs over to the exhaust side.
A Mugen or Spoon headgasket would be fine, or a 2 layer OEM gasket.
You don't need to worry about upgrading your rods for a mild NA build. I'm using stock rods in my engine with 12:1 Wiseco's.

Comp Cams are also pretty nice cams.

Great sig, 91SiZ6! I got another one...

Honda Tech = Throw a 74mm throttle body on an all motor engine and wonder where your low-mid range power went.

Some more great advice I saw in an other current thread going on, lol. I love this site.
