If a person gets a camshaft/s for there motor, do you have to do anything else, like tuning or any other parts for it to run properly?

 

Where the teks at. Just in my opinion, cause I am not a mechanic or a techy, I would assume you dont have to do anything else with just a cam. Of course, just a cam wont do much for your motor if you dont do anything else to it. Hopefully, someone here will be able to go into detail.
