Default Camshaft lubricant

Is Federal Mogul's "Assembly Lubricant" the right stuff to use on the lobes and journals of the cams? My manual says I need camshaft lubricant. I'm changing the cam seals on my B16A. Please help

usually any assembly lube will be ok. just make sure if you have titanium retainers to not use lube with graphite in it. supposedly it etches the retainers. how much of this is tru im not sure, i found this out too late but no damage to date so i guess its ok.

No I don't have titanium retainers, the B16A is completely stock. It should be ok then? It's probably better than nothing, right My brother didn't use any when he did is.
