what is the difference between the "type-S" and "Euro-R" cams? lift and duration

crower.com lists the JDM spec as compared to type SH, but it ays the JDM specs are actually a bt smaller than the SH cams. That doesnt sound right to me.

I would contact crower and see if they have the euro-r specs on hand.
