I have used the search facility without much luck... please assist if possible.

Wondering if someone can please clarify somehting for me in regards to me setup.
I have a jdm B18cR running in my 88CRX. I am wanting to run eith Toda B / C or Jun 3 cams. I have Toda valve springs and AEM cam gears.

Questions are:
1. The Jun 3 cams ok with toda valve springs?
2. Can I use the stock type r retainers or do I have to go aftermarket? any
recommendations?
3. AEM gears ok with Jun / toda cams?
4. I have told I need to some head wok?
5. I have been told I need to upgrade to a better oil gear pump?
6. How to tell if I have toda valve springs ( I bought them used)
7. compresion increase necessary? how?

Anyone see any problems with this setup? Any thing I've missed?
