Default cams & Compression ratio

Ok, I am planning to build my ls vtec, and I am planning what parts to use.
I am gonna use b16a2 head on a b18b block... now if I am gonna use b16a USDM piston, the CR will be like

11.639915784025111 : 1, according to c-speedracing calculator.
1) should the b16a2 cams work with this CR? 2)and what cams will work the best in this setup?

Your compression will be 11.3 because piston to deck hight is .30 or.29....

Cams you can use but dont take my word for it..
ITR
CTR
Skunk2 stage 1 and 2
Jun stage 1 and 2
Toda A and B

And yes the B16a cams will work just fine for now Untill you get use to it. that will take a week..

And i would like to say good choice on Pistons,They are higher Comp then ITR pistons..

Mill the the b16 head or Use a GSR head its got higher compression, you can easily change the bad intake mani witha skunk2. And yes your cams will be fine im running it right now, with the same b16a2 pistons.

I think the B16a head is actually the smallest in terms of bowl size (not sure, but I think). Also if your like me and actually have to budget things, you may wanna pass up the superfly TODA and JUN stuff and go with Crower, about $650 a pair and they actually have more than 2 pairs here in the states!

what does cams do to the block, in terms of stress level? do I need to sleeve the block if I wanna run more agreessive cams? if that's the case, I think I will hold off on that...
