Cams binding or normal with aftermarket LMA?

Science of speed LMA
crower stage 2 cams.
When tightening down cam caps, takes more force then I think necessary to turn cams over.
Have plenty of lube everywhere.
Seems the LMA are causing the extra force need to turn over.
Is this normal for these or anything else possible causing this.
Have caps in right order, just kinda lost.
Used to stock b16 heads and don't remember the free play there.
