Default Which cams are the best, dynos please.

I'm looking at skunk2, and civic type R, or integra type R cams for a b16a jdm motor. if anyone has experience with these cams please let me know what you would stick with and why. Thanks alot...

From the dyno charts i've seen, the type r cams generally make a bigger improvement in midrange, but the skunk2 shines a little brighter topend.

Can someone tell me how do u compare the cams with spec, Degree, duration and lift. What r they represent, is higher degree mean more top end??
