Cams
Quantify "best".
I mean that is if you don't want to come off like a total noob just looking to chat. Show that you've actually put some thought into this question. Maybe list what you are trying to accomplish with the car other than "go fast".

What purpose will the car be used for?
Just daily use, The Accord is the only car I have at the moment, I use it aaaaaaall day every day aggressively. I don't do much racing at all.
I'm just looking for some that are gonna last me a while & give me better torque and acceleration, low-mid power.

All cams can take a beating and last longer than your engine will when installed properly. But just dropping a set in and not tuning the CPU further would be a waste. You are also comprising low end mid or even high end when selecting certain cams. There really is no happy medium with this sort of upgrade.
"I want to go fast. What cams should I run?"
-Fast ones
"How much power will they make?"
-Oh, they'll make full power!
"How fast will they go?"
-Top speed my friend. Top speed.

Being a teacher I don't hand people answers. I make them think and go research themselves. That way the knowledge sticks and they aren't back asking me twenty more times. I teach children and adults and that approach seems to work just fine. It's called fostering a deeper understanding. It's called comprehension. It's called critical thinking.
And the OP seems to know what a cam is and what it's called. Just doesn't seem to know why he needs a "better" one even though he doesn't even have the engine these are supposed to go into. He sure knows that somehow he needs to tune the "CPU". Again, doesn't know how, with what or why. So why would you need to ask what the "best" cams are? To further the point, you didn't even give anyone an idea of what your goal is with the car to be asking this question. You'll get fifty different answers and be just as confused, if not more so, than you were before you asked.
Don't know what things on or in your car are called? Don't blame that on not knowing things. Get a friggin' manual. All of it's in there. Are books somehow poisonous in the 21st century? You can even download one off the net.
You noobs want help? Stop asking these general repetitive chat questions just to get your post count up. Act like you have at least tried to find the answers own your own before you ask to be spoonfed. You think you're the first people to ask these same tired questions? More than a decade of Honda experience on this website alone. Make use of it. What you're doing is like going into the library and asking the librarian to read you the books.
And no. Asking questions on a forum is not research. It's not learning. It's like the kid in class that asked me the definition of a word while she was holding a dictionary in her hand.
Did I know everything when I signed up? Nope. Not at all. But I read and I did my own research. Was able to turbocharge a car and never made one post about it. You can almost count on two hands how many posts I've actually started that I needed to ask a question. Why? Because it's all out there and has already been done.
