Default camber kit needed?

I got a teg with some H & R sports springs (still got stock rims, blades).. about a 1.75 drop in front and a 1.5 in the rear.. I just change the struts and found i got very bad camber wear.. like metal showing on inside and outside with half tread..

went to les schwab..they going to charge me 500+ (labor and parts) for the front and rear... i know for a fact that is way too much... I was told that aligning it would be ok unless it was over a 2.0 inch drop but they told me thats impossilbe... i know they trying to sucker my money.. i am tryin to get the lowest price... want to purchase some new tires too.. (s-03's) i heard about the washers in the rear (is that real safe)... anyone with some advice..??
