Default cam timing off?

so heres the deal my dizzy went bad a while ago so i replaced cap rotor plugs wires and then to find out the ignighter went bad and changed the whole thing anyways so i guess trying to start it 50 times while it wasnt working did not help the timing so now i am running rich and the two marks on the mark on the cams are not where the used to be (strait up and down) when stoped any more.....

just wondering cause in theory i can bring the bottom end to tdc and then rotate the cams to tdc and then the timing should be right? ...right

oh and fyi my spoon cam gears have not be adjusted they are still at 0 degrees

allright well i am taking a timing gun and going to work on the dizzy if any one cares
