Default Cam Timing Adjustment Calculator??

Does anyone know of a web site or calculator that will tell you on B-Series the amount of cam adjustment to get you back to zero when the Head is Milled or different head gasket thinkness?
Basically I want to input the amount my head was milled and I want the calculator to tell me the amount to adjust the Intake Cam gear and Exhaust Cam gear to get me back to Zero on both.

i know on b-series you can stick a pin through the top plate and the hole in the camshaft to get them back at zero

Probably better to degree the motor. That way its dialed in to your cams.
