Default Cam Shafts

Hey has anyone with a D16 ever put a racing cam shaft in thier motor? or anyone at all in any engine? is it worth it? what do you guys think about it?

A few years ago i install JG cams on Civic Si D16A injection (it was street use, special for injections) i forgot the grind. And it works nice the intake duration are arround 270 and the ex. 250. With this stuff you not need to change the racing valve springs ,you may rev it to arround 7600 witch remapping ECU .as my experience.
But for the all out racing as i work on my D16 now ,you can use "WILD" Gude Bullfrog HCCS 10 (arround 330 advertised duration). But for now im still searching the "wildest" cams for this engine for gain more Grunt Power...
