cam rail ? pr3 vs. p72

is there any difference between the cam rails in a 1st gen b16 head and a 96 gsr head other than looking different? can I use the ones from the gsr head on the b16 head?

1st. gen cam griddles were cast, newer ones are machined.

they are interchangeable
