Default cam install??

i'm installing itr cams into my b18c1 and i was looking through the How To section for camshaft installation on http://www.c-speedracing.com and i was just wondering if anyone has looked through these instructions? If so do these instructions look right? I was also wondering if anyone has any other instructions for camshaft installation or just some good pointers?
what are the torque specs for the cam caps and plates?
thanks

I was wondering the same question, except I am looking for SOHC instructions. All I can find is DOHC instructions. I know that they are similar in the install, but it would be more helpful if I could find a D-Series install how-to! Thanks!

A simple service manual such as Chilton or Haynes (or obviously Helms) will provide you with everything you need to know. Either can be purchased for ~$15-$20, and are a great resource when working on your car. After looking at the How-to, it's has good info, but obviously isn't as in-depth as a manual would be. to C-Speed.

the instructions are good, but obviously there are always unexpected problems you run into when actually doing the install. on a side note, the only way to learn is hands on experience and a trusty manual such as a helms

Better off with a helms. Haynes\chiltons arent as specific with things and I've even seen them leave out some things in my previous ventures with DIYing.

Just making sure that I got the correct manual from the site, it was $69.99 before tax and shipping. Is that correct? Thanks!
