I just put my stock cams back into my B16. Everything is bolted down to spec and now i am trying to put the Tb back on. I loosened the tensioner, and set the cam gears to TDC along with the mark on the side of the tb lower cover to the white line on the crank pulley. Now when I try to put it on, the intake cam does not budge and the exhaust cam will roll which makes them fall off TDC. Howcome the exhaust cam will move and the intake cam is glued in its spot? Is this normal?
