Default Cam Gears

well i had my cam gears set to +4 in. and 0 ex. and i ran shitty!! my motor isan lsvtec with jdm itr pistons and jdm gsr cams... b16 head mild port... and i have basic bolt-ons and i dont know i bad i hit a 15.5 with a bad reaction and on street tires...and when i had it on +3 in. and +2 ex. i did a 15.2! my question is, if everything is advance both +2ex. and +3in. do i set my timing to 16 degree? peeps with lsvtec whats yall setting on them cam gears and what do yall set the timing to?????

Find a dyno and get them dialed in properly.

no dyno here on guam.. so what we do is test and tune on track days!!!!

any solid setting for cam gears for lsvtec &gt;&gt;&gt;???
