Default cam gear instalation question..

my head is appart for a trip to the machine shop and i wanted to install a set of cam gears on my 00 civic si. i was wondering if anyone could give me instructions on how to take off the stock cam gears and put the aftermarket ones on?

Impact the bolt off, remove cam gear and woodruff key, throw old cam gears into corner of the room, place woodruff key into the slot on the cam, slide cam gear back over cam/woodruff key. Screw bolt on and torque to 41lb*ft.
