cam gear cracked.....help!!

cam gear cracked.....help!!

I was takin pictures of my car for a website i'm creating and i noticed that my camgear has several small hairline cracks.....ive been driving without my upper timing cover on (because i am a retard and choose looking at my timing vs keeping the actual timing belt rock/dust free 'doh)...im wondering if i should replace these right away or if you guys think it has some life. im somewhat poor.

are you willing to risk your motor for it? camgears arn't terribly expensive go buy another.

JB weld it and you'll be fine for a while. Replace asap tho.

dont do that, itll throw it off balance then eat up your timming belt
